About the Role This position exists to provide leadership and direction to a team of sales support professionals in the legal technology industry. The towering objectives are to increase LexisNexis preference among law students, librarians, and professors and to increase “active users,” customer satisfaction, and market engagement in the Large Law market.
Responsibilities
Managing team performance by setting appropriate expectations , monitoring performance, and giving timely and effective feedback.
Identifying and addressing coaching opportunities and performance issues in an effective and timely manner.
Developing relationships with key support providers within the LexisNexis organization.
Implementing timely and effective follow-through with marketing strategies for National and Large Law Schools.
Developing strategic contacts and business relationships with key individuals within the region.
Requirements
Possess a juris doctor , MBA, or equivalent expertise .
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have extensive sales or sales support expertise is mandatory, while having experience in sales management is advantageous .
Be adept at building influential relationships within our organization through excellent interpersonal skills.
Have a demonstrated track-record of developing Key Performance Indicators and Metrics Reporting.
Possess a robust background in subscription sales and adeptness in leading and guiding sales or sales support teams.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Colorado.$94,600.00 - $175,700.00
