Regional Sales Manager, SLF:

The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop the sales team to exceed projected revenue goals; lead the team to identify and move deals forward to land new logo customers and grow existing customer base; mentoring team to create high quality performers that will be considered for growth opportunities; lead region or territory and its assigned functions (e.g. new sales, customer retention, forecasts, market intelligence, territory development, recruiting, onboarding and training); facilitate individual development planning and offers career development guidance; monitors budgets and controls expenditures.

This position reports to the Director of Field Sales and is a virtual work from home remote position.

Have a Bachelor's degreeMinimum 5+ years' experience selling in direct field sales related workMinimum 3+ years sales management experience in a large enterprise with a team size of 5+ employeesAbility to work under a quota system and proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota, especially in a high activity positionCan work from home and travel to customer locations
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Legal Industry a plusExperience managing/mentoring sales team remotelyExperience selling content or software B2B, ideally to professionals like tax, legal or financialExperience in office automation systems such as; Excel, Salesforce, Outlook and other similar tools
Financial Responsibility:

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $126,000 - $234,000. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
