  EquipmentShare is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Solutions

  EquipmentShare is searching for a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Solutions to cover our Mountain West markets to help grow the market with operational and sales support.

  EquipmentShare is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Advanced Solutions division to help develop team members, be an expert for this division and enhance/grow sales.

  Primary Responsibilities

  Work closely with the Regional Sales and Operations Managers for the region to promote Advanced Solutions growth.

  Work collaboratively with EquipmentShare sales and operations team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships.

  Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions capabilities to various customer audiences.

  Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare Advanced Solutions division.

  Provide technical support and manage various sales-oriented projects and efforts.

  Work with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, delivered, mobilized and demobilized.

  Travel as needed (our Regional Manager will have the use of a company vehicle for travel).

  We are looking for someone with availability to work Monday-Friday and on weekends as needed.

  Skills & Qualifications

  At least 3 years of operations/sales experience in industrial sales or related equipment is preferred.

  You have strong leadership skills and a solid record of assisting customers with a variety of specialized needs.

  You’re able to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the product, solution or tool no matter how complex it may be, in order to effectively educate and inform prospective customers.

  You have technical knowledge of equipment.

  You’ve got the ability to accurately size, quote, install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions.

  You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once.

  You’re able to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers, and you have solid public speaking skills.

  You’re a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
