Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Ad Agency, Research Agency, Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or similar roles.

Ability to execute strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.

As the Regional Sales Enablement Lead, you will activate Seller Success and Mastery central enablement programs for Google Customer Solutions (GCS), specifically focusing on initiatives (e.g., customer-centric selling, product proficiency, competitive selling, profit-driven marketing, etc.) for GCS Mid-Market Sales (MMS) and GCS Engage sellers.
In this role, you will represent centrally-led enablement to regional GCS leadership and ensure that all programming launches and lands for the salesforce. You will use your executional excellence, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support the Seller Success and Mastery organizations in their delivery of key enablement initiatives in the GCS North America region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Define and execute strategy to amplify and activate a centrally-led approach to product and skills enablement within GCS North America region.
Align with GCS leadership and partner teams on enablement priorities.
Establish and operate enablement governance models across key GCS partners and stakeholders.
Identify GCS product and skill themes and influence global enablement roadmap.
Manage enablement program logistics (e.g., identifying speakers, scheduling, communications, measurement, etc.).
