We're seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Enterprise and Commercial accounts.
The appointed RSD will play a meaningful role in driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM sales initiatives within the Insurance vertical, as part of our growing European sales operation in Germany. It's a key role, leading a highly visible and motivated team that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives.

Your Impact:
Growing the Insurance team by balancing growth in existing customers and winning new logosSupporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as requiredOngoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training dutiesConducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territoriesCoach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identificationReporting on sales activity and revenue forecastConsistently monitoring and improving the sales activities of the teamDevelop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territoryIdentify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team
Basic Requirements:
Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experienceDeep knowledge of how to win new accountsDemonstrated people management experience of a sales teamDemonstrated experience of implementing management theoriesSolid understanding of what we at Salesforce doStrong experience in Financial Services industry, preferably InsuranceDemonstrate experience in selling SaaS platformProficiency in German and English
