Job Description
Intel is going through multiple business transformation projects. PRC Business Management Group (China operation team) is seeking for project management talents. In this role your main goal is to land the corperate pricing related project/tool/system/process/policy to PRC BMG smoothly.
You will be responsible for: (but not limited to)- Co-ordinate with global stakeholders on overall project management throughout the entire project life cycle including explore, plan, development, test, deployment, and stabilization.- Understand corporate project vision as well as PRC regional needs. Pass down corporate direction and also be the voice of regional needs.- Work with stakeholders across BMG to define to-be business processes or tool design logic.- Drive appropriate decision-making to ensure the projects stay healthy through their life cycles.- Facilitate discussion and provide leadership solutions proposal for existing problems.- Develop use cases, test cases and test scenarios. Lead regional UAT.- Deliver trainings.- Transition change management.
Qualifications
Fluent English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite.Minimum bachelor's degree in Management Information System or Business Operations with 2 years + project management work experience in MNC is a MUST.Familiar with project management concept and be able to demonstrate the capability to apply into real life. Project management certification, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma etc will be a plus.Good communication and presentation skills. Willing to influence others and handle tough conversations.Independent problem-solving. Can identify problem among massive information or dicussion.Ability to work under tight timeline and ambiguity.Rebate, pricing, contract or deal management knowledge and experience will be a plus.Inside this Business Group

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
