　　*Position summary:

　　Regional Export coordination (SBU:PMG): to allocate inventory and smooth order management globally. Oversee demand and supply at regional/global level. Support to manage allocation constraint (due to capacity, logistic issue, raw materials etc), to improve supply ability to meet customer demand.

　　Require interaction and collaboration with global counterparts i.e. Singapore, Europe, US as well as other regions and business units to assure effective operations throughout the supply chain.

　　Require interaction and collaboration with Joint Venture partner, KBI & Kolon as well as other service providers to perform order management in a professional manner.

　　Regional roles as key representative from A-PMA (SBU: PMG) in ensuring efficient and smooth operations of logistics service in Asia Pacific.

　　Strengthen and support RBU to achieve SC performance KPIs and manage supply chain process in the area of planning, sourcing, production, delivering at the most efficient way.

　　*Main Tasks:

　　Regional Planning support for PMG

　　Collect, aggregate and prioritize finished goods demand requirements.

　　Review demand forecast from APO DP and make clarification with Sales/ local planners/ regional Industries team

　　APO SNP to make production rough cut planning on monthly basis in accordance with predefined planning calendar.

　　Align demand with production capacities and inventory levels

　　Provide short and mid- term master production plan to the supply plants

　　Manage constraint planning due to capacity or raw materials constraint

　　Optimize capacity utilization and supply at Regional level

　　Manage exceptional situations including supply shortage. Plan and work together with PM, Commercial manager and export team on allocation based on priority.

　　Logistics Service & Support

　　Consolidate, review and validate the monthly/ quarterly demand FC to logistics procurement.

　　As a key contact and involvement on annual Tender.

　　Export Order Management

　　Prepare open order list from APTC(from all regions)

　　Confirm distribution plan to allocate volume for open order

　　Communicate with Kolon to segregate PO placement between KBI and KPL

　　Place Order thru Kolon Portal and revise PO q’ty or price on end of month if there is any change

　　Monitor and report Purchase Order from each region

　　Co Communicate with Kolon for product availability

　　Monitor shipment schedule with export service provider

　　Report shipment status and overdue list

　　Response to inquiry from countries

　　Others

　　Support process harmonization/standardization across all countries in Asia Pacific

　　Participate and actively involve in monthly Supply review meeting.

　　Support in operational planning process

　　Responsible for new vendor creation, purchasing info record and work with service platform for maintenance etc

　　Backup role for other Regional planner.

　　Any Project /Task assigned.

　　*Education/Qualifications required:

　　Bachelor in Supply Chain Management &/or Logistics

　　Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management &/or Logistics

　　Technical & Professional Knowledge: SAP or other ERP system, Proficiency in MS office, Deep knowledge of international trading
