What you will be doing
Summary:
Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for North America (NORTHAM) to lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns across North America and Canada. This pivotal role also involves managing relationships between Regional Sales & Marketing Directors and the Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust marketing background, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and run annual regional marketing plans for NORTHAM, aligning it with the global marketing and regional sales strategies.Implement a range of regional marketing tactics, including events, webinars, emails, and third-party initiatives, in close partnership with regional field sales management and Inside Sales.Effectively manage NORTHAM marketing budgets, ensuring consistency and advocating for responsible spending and a strong return on investment.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives. Identify trends and extract insights from data and feedback.Maintain and expand the regional email marketing database through Pardot, ensuring the fulfillment of regional stakeholders' needs while upholding quality and engagement. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to optimize automation initiatives, including nurture and drip marketing campaigns tailored to the region.Work in tandem with the Head of Performance Marketing and agency to regionalize and localize paid search strategies.Engage with regional media partners and publishers, assisting the content team in regional media and PR opportunities.Foster collaboration with sales teams to leverage global marketing assets and execute regional initiatives to enhance customer engagement and expedite pipeline growth.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent education/experience.A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in planning, executing demand generation campaigns, and managing senior stakeholders.Business-to-business marketing experience is essential.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
Proficiency in developing marketing plans that drive commercial objectives.Understanding of inbound, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies for generating qualified leads.Familiarity with reporting and analytics, capable of using data to make informed recommendations for stakeholders.Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms.Proven track record of simultaneously developing and managing multiple marketing programs.Experience in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and exhibitions.Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English.
Desirable:
Experience in an international role and/or business.Experience using Salesforce and Pardot.
