The Regional Marketing Manager will work hand-in-hand with our sales team focused on the DACH region to grow the business, including developing and executing demand generation campaigns and driving pipeline progression programs. Additionally, this role will drive ABM in collaboration with sales to a set of top target accounts in these sections.

Responsibilities
Own all marketing effort in the DACH region, including demand gen and pipeline progression – effectively deliver pipeline generation for both upmarket and down-market accounts
Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
End to end ownership of the marketing plan, including program development, measurement, budget and ensuring region to tracking towards revenue targets
Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer facing events including tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events. Including joint events with our partners.
Provide leadership on the DACH business and ensure the field team is getting what they need to support business growth effectively. Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales, CSMs and BDRs.
Drive Account-Based Marketing for top targets accounts, in collaboration with sales and aligned to sales goals.
Regional PR ownership in collaboration with external agency
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies
Excellent communicator, with proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution
Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
Experience running account-based marketing with a set of named accounts
Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously

You are operationally minded. You have strong background in metrics tracking, marketing automation, and implementing processes
You have excellent presentation skills, with experience communicating across a wide variety of stakeholders
You're an excellent communicator in German and English – additional languages are always an asset
You have self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and aren’t afraid of building programs from scratch
You are a strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of urgency to get it done
