  Job Summary

  NetApp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Social Impact professional to lead our corporate giving programs, volunteerism, strategic partnerships, and initiatives in India, APAC (ASIA PACIFIC) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, this position will work closely with regional leaders and social impact team members to develop and implement global/regional social impact initiatives aligned with NetApp Social Impact's strategic focus areas and values, manages one direct report in APAC and one dotted line report in EMEA, and is responsible for managing and meeting India's CSR compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will have a passion for social change, strong project management and communications skills, as well as demonstrated experience managing corporate social impact initiatives and influencing internal and external stakeholders effectively to deliver key social impact goals.

  Job Requirements

  Experience in Partnering closely with regional leaders and community partners to develop and implement regional social impact strategy and initiatives aligned with enterprise-wide strategic social impact focus areas.Experience with Leading/managing /supporting regional CSR committees, and also ensuring that the Co meets India's CSR compliance and reporting requirements. Expertise in Developing and implementing the social impact strategy regionally in ways that support the Companies social impact focus areas while fostering and expanding local engagement and impact. Atleast 5 years of Experience in Managing regional Social Impact team member(s) as applicable; provide leadership, coaching, and development to team member(s).Experience in managing regional grant-making, plan regional grant making budgets, monitor/track progress to against plans, support expenditure responsibility requirements if/as applicable, and work closely with finance/audit teams to ensure reporting data integrity.Develop impact frameworks and KPI (key performance indicators) matrix for all projects; lead the outcomes; track and communicate progress and impact to key stakeholders.Experience in working with site/regional leadership, implementation partners and other stakeholders.Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement employee community engagement initiatives in ways that enhance the employee experience and expand both participation and impact. Oversee global/regional marketing and communications teams to amplify regional social impact initiatives to enhance company brand and reputation. Experience with impact measurement, program evaluation and reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship management and partnership-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  Education

  Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or related field.
