About Regional Learning & Performance Development Manager

  As the Regional Learning & Performance Development Manager, you will lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD) interventions in the Region, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will represent the Region in Global projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices to the global community. Serve as a liaison between the Global Community of Expertise and the Region, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of global strategies at the regional and sales market level.

  This position is based in New York, NY within our Human Resources Function and reports to our Head of HR, Region Americas.

  Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  Develop strategies for L&PD interventions, integrating them seamlessly into the business strategyProvide guidance and support to HR and organizational leaders in developing their leadership skills and capabilities to drive qualitative results Collaborate with regional leaders and HR to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among employees by promoting and facilitating opportunities for skill development and career advancement.Contribute to the Global learning content community to support the learning ecosystem Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and colleagues, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Drive the Learning Culture and measure the impact of interventions in the Region Support change management efforts to enable the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.Provide coaching and tailored leadership development plans, addressing specific skill and competence gaps.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and motivation within the Local L&PD team. Implement mentorship programs, continuous learning opportunities, and contribution-driven development plans.Facilitate programs and interventions for the Regional Leadership Team

  What You'll Need to Succeed:

  5+ years of strategic L&D leadership experience, preferably within Retail5+ years working in a people leadership roleProven ability implementing a comprehensive Learning & Development StrategySuccess in completing a L&PD needs analysis Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide Performance improvement Experience with various Leadership models and Adult learning theoriesProficient in instructional design and content creation

  Job Status: Salary, Exempt

  Compensation:

  Hiring Range is $169,306 - $194,707 annually

  This role is eligible for an annual company performance-based bonus
