About Regional Key Account Manager

  As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering relationships, and ensuring growth within our retail beauty chain. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing sales strategies, and maximizing profitability across the designated region.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the retail beauty chain.

  - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  - Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to optimize mutual growth and profitability.

  2. Sales Strategy:

  - Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

  - Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product development efforts.

  3. Performance Monitoring:

  - Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.

  - Implement corrective measures and initiatives to address any deviations from targets.

  Training and Support:

  - Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of brand messages and sales objectives.

  - Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching to improve team performance.

  5. Market Expansion:

  - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the retail beauty chain's presence within the region.

  - Initiate and lead initiatives to introduce new products and promotions, ensuring effective market penetration.

  Requirements:

  - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  - Proven experience of minimum 5 to 7 years in key account management within the beauty or retail industry.

  - Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and market dynamics.

  - Exceptional negotiation, communication, Presentations, and relationship-building skills.

  - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  - Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
