Primary Responsibilities:
Direct management of defined sales territory to promote sales of AARP Medicare Supplement Plans to agents and brokers. Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners Drive smart growth of the AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance program through the field agent sales force Establish and manage relationships with Captive and Broker agent leadership and distribution partners Consult and partner with key distribution partners in the formulation and execution of strategic growth initiatives Train and educate agents to be knowledgeable about the AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans and the United Portfolio of AARP-branded products Promote the opportunities for agents to become Authorized to Offer the AARP Medicare Supplement Plans by hosting and participating in recruiting meetings and events Deliver ongoing support for agents, field management and distributor

Required Qualifications:
Current health insurance license 5+ years of experience successful sales experience representing insurance products that cater to the senior market 5+ years of experience presenting in large group/executive settings 5+ years of experience working with and training insurance agents 5+ years working closely and effectively with internal and external partner organizations and established professional relationships Experience working in a highly matrixed environment Ability to travel up to 75% in assigned US market/region
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience selling Medicare Supplements Healthcare experience
