Main Purpose
As a Regional Channel and Distributor Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving growth for a specific area through the different distributor covered channels. This includes sustaining healthy business relationship with our Distributor Teams and LMT Customers.
Main AccountabilitiesDrive Operational Efficiencies through the eRTM Strategy and technological advancements in systems Plan & Execute total Category Strategies that are in line with the Business growth ambition Accountable to deliver Business Targets for Sales Growth, Distribution, Profitability & Business Competitiveness. Land Business Unit Plans in the area and ensure strong translation of national market strategic plans Manage the relationship with Key Customers Business Partnering:
Key member of the CD Management Team (CDM), DT Council (DTC)
Qualifications Must be a bachelor's degree holder 8 years of experience in Customer Development/Sales and Key Account Management preferably handling distributive trade of the area and key customer accounts within the consumer goods industry.
