The Regional Business Consultant is a member of the Business Services Team whose primary objective is to improve employers access to qualifiedworkers and to increase employer awareness of available Southern Indiana Works resources. The Business Services Consultant will initiate employerengagement and provide services to support placement into employment. The Business ServicesConsultant serves as the source for real-time employer intelligence for the systems and partnersserved. The Business Services Team conducts needs assessments, creates custom service strategyproposals, hosts hiring events, convenes regional talent ecosystem partners, and is managed by aRegional Service Manager.
DUTIES: Manage strong employer relationships using professional communication and workplace standards using English as the primary language Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) data entry, recruitment processes, account management, and customer service to employers accessing the job order management system and providing reports and data analysis when requested
Understand and interpret the intent and ensure the strict adherence of federal/state/regionalpolicy, guidance, and memosAssist in the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of special projects tosuccessful completionEstablish and maintain effective communication with all managers, internal staff, areaemployers, industry partners, Board leadership members, Board Fiscal team, community-based entities, training providers and general public in order to encourage customer engagement that is employer focused and that leads to long term employment for WorkOne customers.Be industry focused and fluent in industry specific information and standardsOther duties as assign
