We are looking for a Recruitment & Development marketing manager to join our EU Creators team, supporting the growth of our affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, Amazon Influencer Program) through impactful business development and marketing campaigns across Europe.
Creators are content producers who have the ability to influence consumers purchase decisions throughout their shopping journey, from inspiration to research, to price comparison or bargain hunting. Creators is a broad and diverse universe of partners: media companies, comparison shopping engines, deal sites, rebators, social media influencers, bloggers, and other non-traditional partners.
The candidate will be responsible to design and execute best-in-class scaled business development & marketing campaigns to improve creators productivity in the program, increasing their earning opportunities and topline impact, while remaining efficient within our investment framework. This includes identifying potential untapped business opportunities, the right channels (e.g. email, push, landing pages) and the right message to engage creators in each of their lifecycle stage.
They will oversee the creation, execution and optimization of all elements of the campaigns (product, copy, targeting, creative templates, timing, channels etc.) and will leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practices.
They will listen to Creators “Voice of the customer” and challenge the status quo by identifying, testing, prioritizing and scaling any incremental marketing levers to engage Creators where they are, following Business and Industry trends.
The ideal candidate is a product marketing manager with business development attitude, who is customer obsessed, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
This candidate is comfortable working independently, excellent at communicating with stakeholders regularly, and collaborates well with cross-functional partners across Creators teams, PR, tech, etc. This role requires working at the strategic level to identify growth opportunities for Europe, and consistently delivering at the tactical level by executing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic and partner engagement data, and delivering program growth.
Key job responsibilities
Identify untapped business development opportunities within the Creators program.
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing engagement campaigns for creators across Europe.
Analyze and track performance of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and share learning with the team.
Lead projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating innovative ideas for marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses.

Basic Qualifications
Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing or business development, with a preference for backgrounds in media or creator-focused businesses.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
Program Management: Demonstrated ability in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Cross-functional Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate projects across various teams, including but not limited to product management, marketing, creative, legal, and merchandising.
Data-Driven: Demonstrated experience in using data and metrics to measure impact and drive performance optimization.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau.
Experimentation and Testing: Experience in developing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments and A/B tests.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Affiliate Marketing: Direct experience in the affiliate marketing business is highly desirable.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms, with a strong ability to leverage these tools for marketing effectiveness and business development insights.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Strategic and Tactical Balance: Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
