Role & Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate tasks in support of recruiting functions, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms.Assist Recruiters throughout the hiring process.Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.Contribute to an exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager experience through continuous engagement.Create and extend offer letter to shortlisted candidates based on the information received from recruiters.Support recruiting team in maintaining candidate/employee information.Enter and maintain integrity of data on a real time basis in recruiting database (iCIMS) and produce ad hoc reports as needed.Manage the pre-employment process by running background checks and act as a liaison between candidates and recruiters.Updating job and candidate records such as application blank, salary related information, job descriptions and interview assessment forms.Background verification report and job postings in recruiting systems.Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling.Work with continual improvement mind-set in getting efficiencies in recruitment administration.Establish rapport with the recruiting agencies and works towards quick turnaround on scheduling.Create, track, process and maintaining vendor agreements (new/renewal), invoice processing, relocation expense of new joiners and Employee Change authorization request as per policy.Perform other miscellaneous duties as required and assigned.
Who are you?
Graduate in any stream (any degree in HRM would be preferred)1-3 yrs of experience into interview cordination/TA operationsDetailed oriented in terms of coordinating tasks in support of recruiting functions, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms.Assist Recruiters throughout the hiring process.Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.Have experience in contributing to an exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager experience through continuous engagement.
