As a manager on this team, you will be the go-to person for advising hiring teams and owning the internal recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding employee and hiring manager experience. You will get to foster relationships and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to hire and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You will manage the team across regions and effectively build the team for the future.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of management experience working in high volume environments

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $146,000 per year - $162,000 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $146,000 per year - $162,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $162,000 per year - $180,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $162,000 per year - $180,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $146,000 per year - $162,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $162,000 per year - $180,000 per year.
