As a Recruiting Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn from our experienced HR team and gain valuable insights into the recruitment processCoordinate recruitment activities such as job fairs, community events, presentations, interviews, pre-screens, drug screens, background checks and morePost job advertisements on various job boards in accordance with company standardAssist with building the employees recruitment file in compliance with the organizational standardsUpdate and analyze reports on recruitment performance and effectivenessAssist with high school, college, community and trade school outreach and events to promote our employer brand and attract diverse talentAssist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate recordsAssist with sourcing resumes from various databases and platforms using innovative and effective methodsAssist with other HR related tasks as needed and contribute to the overall success of our HR departmentTo qualify for this internship, you must have:
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in human resources, business, or a related fieldExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsA strong attention to detail and accuracyA positive attitude and a willingness to learnBasic proficiency in Microsoft OfficeThe availability to work at least 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship which will from May until August 2024.
