As a Recruiting & Development Consultant you will be accountable for the vision, advocacy, and execution of the recruitment and development of MassMutual Advisors in our General Agencies.

The Impact:
In this role you will be responsible for:
Designing, executing, and continuously evaluating MassMutual’s Experienced Advisor recruiting and retention strategy to ensure we remain competitive and deliver on our commitments to our policyholders.
Acting as a key resource and thought leader to General Agents, Sales Managers and Agency Recruiters. Provide coaching on how to source, recruit and develop experienced advisors.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies and maintaining networks to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
Driving the experienced advisor training and development program to ensure continued growth of experienced advisors.
Driving the marketing strategy to effectively attract top candidates.
Collaborating with business partners to ensuring MassMutual maintains competitive compensation and recognition programs to attract inexperienced advisors and drive desired company goals and metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years experience recruiting advisors in the financial services industry with a focus in Wealth Management
5+ years Field or Agency experience
Due to the nature of this position as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA

Salary Range: $115,900.00-$152,100.00
