As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will join a Recruiting Operations team that helps ensure an outstanding candidate experience while working closely with our recruiting and hiring teams. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to add value across the organization, and will be the backbone of our growing talent acquisition efforts. What you'll do:
Partner with the Recruiting Team to support candidates through the entire interview process: Ensure the interview plan is complete and assigned interviewers have completed interviewer training Coordinate and schedule all candidate interviews; from initial phone screens to final rounds Be on-call for any questions or support needed during interviews Manage the reference check process, ensuring reference checks are complete Provide an outstanding experience and high level of service for the candidates, recruiters, and hiring team Support virtual and in-person recruiting events Maintain our recruiting systems with updated and accurate information for the requisitions and candidates you are supporting as a coordinator Support the creation, implementation, and documentation of recruiting coordination processes Other recruiting projects and programs as needed To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience preferably in recruiting, HR, administration, or client services Experience as a coordinator, including scheduling and working within Greenhouse, GoodTime, Google Calendar or similar tools preferred but not required High degree of professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive information Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through on tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills A problem-solving mindset: you thrive in a fast paced work environment, always embodying a ‘whatever it takes’ mantra to achieve goals You are a team-oriented individual looking to join an organization that values professional development and celebrating our successes Pay Transparency Statement This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
