Job Description
One of our Information Technology Software clients based in Australia is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States to assist with their US expansion. This person will be working remotely for 3 months with possible extensions. Candidate will need to have ability to work independently on corporate recruiting efforts, heavily involved with phone and email support. There is possible opportunity for this role to be extended and possibility it will convert permanently, for the right individual.
Skills and Requirements
-Need to sit in PST or MST
-2+ years of experience in a recruiting-based role
-Tech savvy individual - comfortable operating an internal applicant tracking system while speaking to candidates on the phone
-Microsoft Office Suite experience
-Gmail experience - primarily email platform
-Comfortable utilizing recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
-Great communication, attention to detail, and time management skills -Bachelor's Degree - ideally in communications, PR, journalism, etc.
-Experience using an applicant tracking system (they use GetHired)
-Experience working for an IT or software company null
