Position summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to human resources and business leaders for positions within the assigned business group(s) to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent. This position will be responsible for high volume recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions and held accountable for meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.

A day in the Life:
Acts as the subject matter expert for recruitment-related questions for hiring managers and human resourcesPartners with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
This includes:
Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with the hiring managerDeveloping and owning the recruitment sourcing strategyProactively sourcing talentConducting telephone screen interviews with candidatesFacilitating debrief meetingsCoordinating offer approvals and extending offersBuilding Talent PipelinesDevelops creative strategies to identify top talentRepresent Thermo Fisher Scientific at job fairs, university days etc.Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVPPartner closely with Hiring Manager and Field HR Team throughout the processGenerates/completes reports as neededResponsibility for local recruitment reporting utilising our global reporting dashboardParticipates in projects as neededYou may perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
Experience
Experience working in a professional environment within the recruitment function required
Recruiting experience for diverse positions requiredCorporate or agency recruiting experience requiredPreference for someone with background in recruiting in the Science IndustryExperience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Fluency in Lithuanian/or Hungarian and English languagesProficiency in Microsoft Office products requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and negotiation skills are required

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €21,800.00-€32,675.00.
