Role Description:
An exciting Position has opened on the Global Accounting & Reconciliation Team within Global Operations. The reconciliation team is a team of ten associates who are energetic, vibrant, and multi-cultural, each day brings the opportunity for new challenges and new learning. As a member of the Team, you will prepare daily / monthly reconciliations including month-end balance sheet attestation. Partake in tactical and strategic projects focused on improving the reconciliation space, executing controls to reduce risk across the recon utility, and overall support of the operating model.
Responsibilities:
You will serve as a reconciliation team member contributing to daily BAU production work through the completion of responsible reconciliations.You will contribute to reducing risks and driving operational excellence in the reconciliation space including but not limited to,Initiatives involving automation & streamlining of processes to reduce time spend and improve the overall reconciliation experienceDeep dive of reconciliations and related processes to identify issues and areas of improvementOperational Excellence initiatives related to the implementation of workflow and reconciliation tools aimed at streamlining daily recon production and break management workflows
