　　Your New Role...

　　Reporting to the Head of IT and Facilities, you will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, visitors and callers.

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　Taking over all organizational and administrative tasks of the reception area.

　　Answering and forwarding telephone calls.

　　Processing customer and employee inquiries.

　　Organization and administration of the reception area.

　　Administration of various office supplies.

　　Administration of appointments in the conference rooms.

　　Qualifications & Experience...

　　Professional experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.

　　Fluent in German and English.

　　Finished apprenticeship in the commercial sector; in the hotel/ hospitality industry or similar training (e.g. office management)

　　Service-oriented and accurate way of working.

　　A professional manner of communication and presentation.

　　Confident handling of MS Office products.
