The expected compensation range for this position is between $35,500-$62,100 based on a full-time schedule. Your confirmed job-related skills, experience and qualifications will be considered in setting your actual starting salary.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors, ensuring a positive experience.Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records, contributing to financial efficiency.Handle export and transport paperwork, as well as bills of lading, ensuring smooth logistical processes.Contribute to the inventory process, maintaining an organized and efficient system.Assist the management team with general administrative tasks, including running reports, copying, filing, and faxing.Maintain and order office supplies to keep the workplace well-equipped.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Plant Manager, showcasing versatility and commitment.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an administrative/office management program or a University degree, requiredKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of different SAP systems would be considered an assetAbility to multi-task is essentialMust demonstrate problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and executeMust be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
