We are currently hiring a Receptionist, to work in our Columbia and Greene Agency. As the Receptionist, you would be responsible for:
Maintains a welcoming atmosphere in the reception office by greeting clients and visitors to all programs, answering and directing telephone calls to appropriate staff, and answers requests for general information in person or on agency email.
Have working knowledge of all areas of programming to share information with clients, telephone requests, and in presentation at community functions
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing, mailing, photocopying, maintaining office supply inventories, and faxing
Receptionist Minimum Salary: $15.00
Receptionist Maximum Salary: $15.00
Receptionist Schedule: Thursday/Friday 8:30-4:30
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
