Job Description
Improves, implements, applies and administers risk assessment methodologies and ensures compliance with government regulations, licensing, and reporting obligations. Implements programs and provides ongoing assessment of Sarbanes Oxley compliance (when required), identifies risk areas and determines remediation activities and monitors strategies to remedy SOX deficiencies and reports on status and clearance gaps to executive team.
Coordinates compliance training and initiates changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations and continuously monitors, researches and analyzes exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon company operations. Reviews Intel business practices to ensure compliance to necessary regulations. Analyzes existing practices and recommends improvements based on regulations and industry best practices.
Reviews Intel's risk exposure, identifies mediation strategies/solutions and implements controls to reduce risk. Tracks and responds to complaints, and identifies, investigates and reports compliance violations. Develops training and communication materials for sensitization of employees on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting or Finance.- At least 7 years of work experience, including relevant experience with SOX. Experience from Big 4 firms is a plus.- Knowledge of internal control principles, financial statement assertions, financial and operational processes, risks, and IT general controls.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Willing to work well in team environment and capability to perform in an evolving dynamic business space.- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, project management skills- Highly motivated, independent thinker and problem-solver with scalable detail orientation- Passion for continuous improvement of processes

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
