Summary:
Meta is currently seeking a Supply Chain Strategist who will develop and evolve a holistic, long-term Supply Chain for Reality Lab’s Devices. You will work closely with Contract Manufacturing, Hardware Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and other cross-functional teams to create an efficient and innovative supply chain.

Work with stakeholder organizations to understand their objectives, challenges, and strategies.
Perform data driven comparative analyses across a myriad of considerations such as capabilities, cost, velocity, risk, and sustainability to understand the options.
Develop whitepapers as a means to take the stakeholders and executives through the logic tree that arrives at recommendations.
Continually stitch these strategies together so that they move the broader organization towards the North Star.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years experience in Manufacturing or Engineering roles or equivalent work experience.
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience in an abstract environment and a willingness to learning and grow.
Effective communication skills
Analytical experience
Experience developing impactful strategies that resonate with Executive Leadership.

A BS degree in Engineering or Technical field.
Master’s degree in business or engineering.

Public Compensation:
$171,000/year to $239,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
