Your responsibilities :
You will help to develop the next generation capacitors focusing on the testing and design improvement.Build experimental set-ups conduct tests, and analyze test results, possibly including physical modelling.Work with a global R&D team ensuring knowledge sharing, and timely and high-quality deliverables.Support the project teams in the installation and execution of tests, measurements and characterizations.Plan laboratory activities for the consecution of the team and projects goals, as per the guidelines of the company.Expertise in relevant equipment and procedures for the testing of power electronic equipment, film capacitors or metallized film.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of sustainability, safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background:
Bachelor's engineering in dielectrics, HV testing and/or electrical engineering, BSc or MSc Electrical/Electronics/Electrotechnical Engineering or relevant field equivalent in Electrical testing.Ideally minimum 3 Years of working experience in the field of HV electrical testing.Sound analytical skills and experience with planning, conducting and analysis of experiments.Experience in, or ability to develop, project management and planning skills.Bonus if you also have working experience in the field of film capacitors or film metallizationFluency in English, both written and spoken and French would be an advantage.
