Job Description:
The MW R&D Systems End to End Process Owner (Design) collaborates with a diverse range of R&D associates and other functional stakeholders at the global, segment, BU and cross-segment levels to ensure that our R&D systems and processes are designed and operating efficiently to meet the needs of MW R&D.
The MW R&D Systems End to End Process Owner (Design) provides segment leadership to partner with functional knowledge-holders to shape, align, document and implement R&D Design processes and to influence the development of future R&D systems & processes in line with changing business needs. Some of these systems and processes are specific to MW BU's, whereas others are shared and require alignment with other segments.
The remit of the role covers all MW R&D processes and systems related to Design.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years' experience in R&D across multiple rolesProject management experienceInnovation process experienceExcellent communication skills (oral and written) and comfort speaking with wide range of stakeholders. Fluent in EnglishKnowledge of R&D Commercialization processExperience with leading R&D process / systems development Skilled in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.Skilled with having a strong attention to detail with a big picture vision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with visualization tools to supplement story telling.Broad operational knowledge of MW processes and systemsStrong internal network across R&D, and beyondAdvanced Planning and project management skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
Understands how MW R&D systems & processes interact; generating value and efficiency while protecting the business.Maintains and promotes system & process knowledge across MW R&D, in partnership with Corporate Product Owners and MGS Functional Experts.Drives consistent application and governance of MW R&D processes, in partnership with global and BU teams; including understanding and formalizing where deviations are needed & why.Establishes a mechanism to evaluate business process effectiveness and diagnose areas for change and improvement.Engages with functional teams, within and beyond R&D, to evolve existing R&D system & process capabilities to keep pace with changing business needs.Leads system & process development activities to support implementation of new R&D system & process capabilities.Develops and provides overarching system process training to associates.
