Overview

　　This role is to support PO1 Operation Excellence Lead to drive APAC Bev R&D operation efficiency and effectiveness including innovation governance, WoW and R&R improvement, Score card tracking, AOP budget management, transformation programs and strategy landing. This role will also lead APAC innovation ecosystem workstreams to strengthen H2/H3 innovation pipeline for both Beverages and Foods.

　　Responsibilities

　　Lead Technical Stage Gate meeting across China/Asia/ANZ, to ensure R&D cross functional team alignment at each technical stage and TSG disciplines in myInnovation system. As APAC Beverages governance lead, keep regular connection with global governance team, cascade global guideline of TSG and provide consultancy and training when needed. Oversee Beverages R&D driven productivity agenda, be part of the Global productivity committee, drive strategy development, project prioritization and performance tracking in quarterly basis.Lead APAC R&D Innovation Ecosystem workstreams to further strengthen ecosystem capability, drive agenda, improve collaboration with External and Internal resources. Drive STM agenda for APAC Beverages together with Commercialization team. Support PO1 Lead to identify opportunity to improve R&D operation efficiency. Support APAC R&D Score Card, regular reports including performance letter, BSHS reports, global R&D scorecard and other data and reporting activities. Support R&D transformation programs, e.g. value-based portfolio analysis, GBS, digital transformation, etc.

　　Qualifications

　　Literacy in both spoken & written English is a MustBachelor Degree in Food Science/Chemistry/Materials Science/Engineering or related areas. Master in a complimentary discipline or equivalent expertise preferred.Minimum 8 years' experience of technical project management or product development in FMCG multinational companies.Basic knowledge about the adjacent technical functions including but not limited to food science, nutrition, technical regulatory, technical consumer insight, packaging, etc.Good understanding of business operations and innovation models in APAC with great business acumen and basic finance knowledge. Great experience in innovation and deep understanding of innovation processes.Great in organizational savvy.
