Radiology Technologist/CT Tech, Part time Weekend position with Sacred Heart Hospital, in Lavonia, GA

What you will do:
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
Performing angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats
What you will need:
Licensure/Certification/Registration : registered or registry eligible with ARRT
Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence
