　　Requirements:

　　- 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R repair

　　- Knowledge of the principles of refrigeration and related controls,allowing for effective diagnosis, repair and installation of appliancereach-ins and ice machines

　　- Strong understanding of how to measure and adjust super heat,refrigerant pressures and temperature controls is required

　　- Also understands the use and application of alternate refrigerantsfor retrofit repairs on refrigeration equipment

　　- Ability to maintain positive customer relations, both internal andexternal

　　- Has a How can I help? attitude

　　- Reads customer notes and is prepared before talking to the customer

　　- Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes

　　- Be available for on-call duty

　　- Attend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies andprocedures

　　- Ability to handle physical workload

　　- EPA certified

　　- Clean driving record

　　- Clear background check and drug screen
