Complete Phase I Environmental reportsConduct Wetland studies and delineationsConduct geotechnical studiesDetermine utility availability, relocations, and capacityIdentify any needed off-site easementsComplete the rezoning submittal process with consultantsConduct boundary and topography survey(s) prior to closingConduct lot fit matrix with consultantsDetermine governmental requirements and compliances, including overlay issues and zoning stipulationsAny architectural and/or community requirementsYou are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:
At least 2+ years work-related experience or AA degree requiredMust be knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Outlook and Word, and with ExcelExperience in professional environment dealing with various levels of management and external contacts is required
