Gather data and produce clear and concise analysis including data visualizations, presentations, and reporting (charts, graphs, etc.) used for recommendationsProvide CPA's (Competitive Product Analysis) through study of the competitive landscape for each Product type and size across all of our marketsAnalyze market demographics to identify Consumer Group wants and needsCommunicate key findings in written and verbal formDemonstrate a strong understanding of residential real estate market metricsPerform other duties as assigned

You might be just who we're looking for if you have
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or quantitative field required2 years' experience in competitive assessments and/or market evaluations in homebuilding or similar industryHomebuilding experience preferredExperience in data gathering from various sources and compiling into logical charts, graphs, tables and written formHighly proficient in MS Office especially ExcelAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong interest in homebuilding and Product Design

Will have responsibilities such as:

Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the timeThe ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Travel:
Expect 3-4 trips per year of 2-3 days duration per trip to visit Divisional Offices to meet the local leaders and tour products.
*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
