Be the primary point of contact for all field activities related to the development of your assigned community(ies)Effectively and efficiently coordinate the development of company-owned property to achieve business plans and financial objectivesProvide input on the creation of land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoicesProvide input on the creation of land development schedules, monitor the task progress and track changesUnderstand all components of the development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processesReview bids and contracts and advise on suggested course of actionSecure the company's ability to deliver lots on time with conditions of development beneficial to the companyUnderstand design-related components necessary to satisfy jurisdictional requirementsPerform other duties as assigned

About you:
4+ years of progressive experience in Land working for a homebuilder requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Planning highly preferredExperience managing other employees requiredAbility to anticipate possible obstacles and propose favorable solutionsConcise writing and public speaking/presentation skillsAction and results oriented
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay Range: $129,000-170,000
Bonus Eligible
Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors including experience
Will have responsibilities such as:
