What You'll Do
Serve as the go-to contact with our home-listing partners; work in tandem with those partners to assess performance and explore the viability of additional ad products/channelsCampaign setup, management, and optimization for Paid Media channelsStrategy mapping and media planning across channels and divisionsOngoing keyword and audience researchUTM creation and standardizationReport building and ongoing performance analysisHelp establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpointsData analysis across web and CRM platformsBuilding a "playbook" for media strategy for the brandTrend monitoring and ongoing industry research (actively looking for testing opportunities)Liaise with partners and agencies to support holistic marketing effortsCollaboration with internal teams (i.e. divisions, communications, creative, IT) for tactical alignmentLead training sessions that allow for the transfer of knowledge across growing teams

You might be just who we're looking for if you have
3+ years experience in Paid Media Bachelor's DegreeProficient knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Display, and YouTube (programmatic, CTV, and social-ad platform knowledge a plus)Competent knowledge of Google Analytics (GTM experience a huge plus)Fundamental knowledge of all digital marketing channels (Organic, Email, Affiliate, etc.)Proficient with spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools. An expert in data analysisExperience with Salesforce a plusExperience leading discussions/presentations revolving around Paid Media (excellent communications skills)Experience working with brands focused on lead generation (real-estate vertical a plus)Process orientedAbility to work independently as well as in groups to bring projects to fruitionA demonstrated leader with a high level of intellectual curiosityLoves marketing/advertising/branding!
