Manage rebate verification, collection, allocation, and reporting including financial controls, reconciliation, and compliance with GAAPMaintain strategic sourcing agreement files including contracts, amendments, and insurance documents in compliance with internal audit controls and EBIX requirementsPerform analytics related to house cost benchmarking and opportunity assessmentsTrack and report house cost, commodity, and rebate fluctuationsCreate and maintain specifications and options matrixDevelop and maintain forecast reports in support of supply chain managementOpportunity identification and development of a gross margin improvement planProvide analysis assistance to procurement projectsAssists in the development of communication and reporting tools for various business optimization efforts across the organization (such as National Purchasing SharePoint Site, select Power BI reports, and RebatePros account)Provide general administrative support to the Nation Purchasing TeamPerform other duties as assigned

About you:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related field preferred2+ years of data or cost analysis, or related experienceFamiliarity or prior experience with production homebuilder2+ years of procurement experience preferredExperience with various BI software preferred (Tableau, Microstrategy, Power BI, etc.)Strong Excel skills required, including, but not limited to macros, vlookups, pivot tables, nesting, and conditional formattingResearch and data management skills; demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and summarize dataSelf-directed with ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-moving work environmentAbility to communicate by presenting findings and translating data into an understandable documentAbility to think critically by looking at numbers/trends and come to conclusions
