Ensure day to day activities adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as the best interest of TMHFPromote company when attending company/employee eventsReport numbers as needed and/or required to managementPerform annual reviews and goal setting with LC TeamWork with local ASM's to coordinate community activities involving TMHF, as well as promoting regular LC visits to the communitiesDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with division management, employees and sales teamAssure accuracy of self and team in all areas of complianceGuide the local LC Team to work within product offerings and pricing structure to maintain company revenue expectationsCoordinate with the LC Team, topics to be covered in Divisional Sales MeetingsAttend or appoint LC to attend, builder backlog meetings to provide thorough loan pipeline status informationSet proper expectations with division regarding mortgage process, time frames and status of loan application/closingAbide by, and train to goals set by company in regards to Capture, Customer Satisfaction and Pricing StructureProvide and train to outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, recognizing the importance of realtor cooperation being a significant part of the builder environment, treating them equally as builder partnershipPromote good communication and relationships are maintained between the LC team, Division and the Core teamYou are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:
