The Opportunity:
As a Quoting and Invoice Management Associate at Flexport, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient handling of freight quotes and invoices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. You will be a key contributor to the smooth operations of our logistics services, enabling Flexport to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will:
Billing Management: Conduct thorough audits of invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to pricing agreements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Verify and process credits to clients, in compliance with established procedures and contractual agreements. Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, operations, and carriers, to obtain the necessary information to create timely credits. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless and timely payment processing for invoices and resolve any payment-related issues. Maintain organized records of all invoices, credits, payments, and related documentation for internal tracking and audit purposes.
Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth invoicing processes. Communicate effectively with clients to address their inquiries related to invoices, credits and billing matters, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance quoting and invoicing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
You should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or related industries, with a strong understanding of quoting and invoicing processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in using technology and software relevant to quoting and invoicing management. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
