The role:
We are hiring the perfect candidates to join our busy and fast-growing Quotation team base in Coslada, Madrid to create quotations for Customers across the WEMEA region offering knowledgeable support to customers on logistical options and related prices.
We are looking for :
Position 1: A French, English speaker.
Position 2: A Dutch, French and English speaker.
What you'll be doing:
Build and send to client the commercial offer (Quotation) in response to clients' requests that have been assigned to him/her.Handle all communication with the client with the aim of the correct understanding all of the specifications and requirements, matching those requirements against logistical options.Build the correct price in line with world courier contract / Tariff pricing and ensuring all customer discounts are adhered to.Maintain a thorough and complete understanding of World Courier service options and packaging alternatives.Communicate efficiently with all customers.Understands the request of the client and alert the direct manager if any custom requests can be supported vs. the standard products.Work with Local CS teams to understand any specific requests that may impact pricing so they can be quoted in advance.Learn and use the available Quote tools.Makes improvement suggestions to systems and processes.Is responsible of meeting the objectives assigned.Collaborate with all colleagues to maintain achieve a shared aim of supporting the customers as best as possible.Monitor and organise own workload to ensure correct prioritization of quotes.Work with Indoor Sales team to support new business customers with an efficient quotation processFulfil other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager. Maintain sufficient Operation/use of World Courier I.T. systems; TMS, OptiView, OpStar, OMNI, Quote tool (regional and global),Learning portal, and The Hub.Build and maintain relationships with World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers to support the quote process through efficient Internal Communications with the World Courier Network.Strict adherence to numerous internal procedures both department specific and Company specific, the later being defined by SOPs and Ops memos.
