What you will do-
As a Quality Technician, you will primarily be responsible for investigating, resolving, and documenting customer complaints. You will communicate with various business stakeholders including but not limited to Field Service Technicians, Sales Account Managers, and Quality Engineers, to determine the cause of reported customer issues and solve real-world problems that our customers are experiencing. Your responsibilities will include:
Investigate customer complaints in a timely fashion and in accordance with global regulationsCommunicate with Field Service Technicians and Sales Account Managers to gather information necessary to conduct complaint investigationsTrack and meet Corporate, Divisional and Team Complaint Handling metricsFollow local and corporate SOPs to ensure compliance with external requirementsLead completion of service report recoding (once identified by a Quality Engineer)Handle RMA room management with input from Quality Engineers including:Tracking of returned partsDisinfection and organization of parts in the roomDisposition of parts including restocking as ableHandle miscellaneous data requests as they come up for presentations, highlights, etc.Handle inquires where appropriate from sales reps, service techs, tech support, line, etc.
What you need-
High school education or equivalent required2+ years' experience requiredComputer literacy with knowledge of Windows applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, and Power Point -preferredStrong interpersonal communication skills -preferredAbility to learn quickly, take action on challenges and consistently meet goals/track own progress -preferredProlonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate requiredMove materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities requiredCoordination of eye, hand, and/or foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention ability required
