Job descriptionDuties:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures- Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement- Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs- Prepare reports and presentations on quality assurance activities for management
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management) Working Knowledge of methodologies (SPC, TQM, AQP, PPAP) and quality standards.- 10 years experience in quality-related field with automotive or construction equipment manufacturer.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
