We are looking for a Quality Lead to join our Grid Software team. In this role you will define and improve business processes for the Americas while working with our Global Quality Team to ensure efficiencies in our project delivery. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Minnetonka, Minnesota office.
You’ll make an impact as you:
Drive Grid Software’s organizational change management, applying proven methods and business systems to improve profitability.
Collabortate with other Quality Leads, global process owners, global agile transformation teams, and the global quality organization to improve processes, guidelines, and rules.
Ensure that the organization implements and adheres to the Grid Control processes and tool landscape.
Maintain and monitor the process adherence cockpit and collaborate with project managers to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NCCs (Non-Conformance Costs), Time-to-Start, Time-to-Value and Delta Sales Margin vs. Order Entry Margin vs. Project Closure Margin to ensure continuous and measurable process improvement.
Facilitate methods and events to improve collaboration between engineering, bid management, delivery line managers, and project teams to ensure effective application of our global process landscape.
Conduct internal benchmarking of various sites to assess their adherence to global process standards, identifying areas for improvement and tracking the progress of corrective actions.
Perform maturity assessments of processes and work with the Hub Lead to develop and agree improvement actions.
Exchange information and best practices with Business Transformation Managers across all Hubs to ensure common practices globally.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
A proven track record in managing a team in a global, intercultural setting.
5+ years’ experience successfully managing external customer projects with proven experience in process management and facilitation, contract management, and/or change management.
Experience in overseeing an organization's implementation and assessment of a process system.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel up to 25% (including internationally).
Preferred qualifications:

The salary range for this position is $97,160 - $166,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
