　　We're looking for a Quality Lab Manager to join our R&D team (Validation) located in our Professional Luminaire Factory in KETRZYN.

　　As a Quality Laboratory Manager you'll be responsible to ensure our products meet the highest standards to delight our customers, maintain adherence to quality standards and appropriate accreditation/certification, so quality mindset and customer centricity must be in your DNA.

　　What you'll do You manage the operation of the Quality Laboratory to test items against external or internal standards.You make sure that the laboratory is working according to quality standards and is compliant to the appropriate accreditation / certification.You manage operational activities of the quality laboratory (intake, planning, measurement, reporting) as well as you are responsible for the facilities and test-equipment.You are responsible for the team of quality lab engineers and technicians and ensure the right competencies and capabilities of them.You are responsible for continuous improvement activities.Your qualifications

　　You have university or college diploma in a technical field (preferable electrical engineering)You have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a quality or R&D laboratory)You have demonstrated people leadership and workload prioritization skills.You have experience with standards & regulation and are able to learn the necessary standards.You are assertiveYou are a good decision maker.You are a good communicator.You speak Polish and English.Ideally you have experience with lean.What you'll get in return...
