JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer
LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle Eden Prairie, MN 55344
DUTIES: Effectively plan, define test Strategy/Test Cases, provide QA estimates, provide test management and Test Reporting throughout the Testing cycle. Create, modify, and execute automated scripts. Create test cases, perform manual/automated testing and log detailed defects. Collaborate with project teams to understand project architecture and business requirements to devise an automation test strategy and test plans. Work closely with product owners and scrum masters to determine acceptance criteria for testing. Understand the technical details of the product and assist development team in troubleshooting issues. Analyze quality of the product before rolling to customers by analyzing and validating defect leakages. Provide QA reports and metrics to leads and management teams communicating with QA Lead, Dev Lead and Technical Managers on the activities about the project work through e-mail, written and verbal.
Create and maintain test case repositories for reusability Documentation of all the enhancements team worked during the period. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Quality Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of experience in the following: Voice Contact Center technologies including Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI and Agent Desktop and call routing; Cyara automation tool; Verification tools such as Splunk Experience with SaaS products, Agile/Scrum or Devops; Relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Serer; Testing Genesys call routing, CTI custom softphone applications; Agile Central.
RATE OF PAY: $85,093 - $120,000/year
