We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Business Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in standardizing our business processes, implementing and managing Quality Management (QM) IT applications, and facilitating global collaboration for best practices sharing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality business processes, a proven track record in evaluating and implementing IT tools, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving change within an international context. This role requires expertise in project management, master data management, and the ability to navigate and thrive in an intercultural work environment.
Your Tasks
Executing the Digitalization Strategy, Develop and create standardized requirement documents to ensure consistency in our quality business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to define evaluation criteria for potential IT tools that align with standardized processes.
Deployment of QM IT Tools, Lead project management efforts for the selection, roll-out, and training of QM IT tools across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and requirements, ensuring seamless integration of tools into existing processes.
Central Key User, Administrate and maintain QM IT tools, acting as the primary point of contact for tool-related requests and issues. Coordinate the Change Management process in conjunction with the IT team to ensure smooth transitions. Provide support and guidance to business areas in effectively utilizing QM IT tools. Deliver targeted training sessions to enhance tool-specific skills among users.
Create your Worldwide Network, Establish a global network to foster the exchange of best practices and lessons learned across different regions. Facilitate communication channels and platforms for cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively.
Academic degree in engineering, economics or comparable qualification
Several years of working experience with relation to cross-functional internal customers
Experience in functional leadership, ideally in international project teams
Proven project management skills
Data analytics know how
Fluent English language skills written and spoken, German language skills are beneficial
Digital mindset
Willingness to travel occasionally
