　　Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. 　　About the Role

　　We are looking for an exceptional Quality Control Supervisor who will bolster the QA team's efforts in delivering timely and precise analytical results. You will play a crucial part in conducting routine site reviews of all quality activities, collaborating closely with the production team, procurement team, and LKJ LT.

　　Responsibility

　　To support the QA team in providing timely and accurate analytical results.Leading the routine site review of all quality activities internally by working closely with production team, procurement team, & LKJ LT.Implementation of the site HACCP plan within the ISO 22000 frameworkDrive and support quality continuous improvement initiatives in LKJ site.Process control and performance measurement5SRoot Cause and Problem Solving (8D)

　　About You

　　Minimum 5 years at the same field in FMCG industry.Experiences on ISO 9001, 14000, ISO 22000, and ISO18000.Practical laboratory experience.Strongly leadership capabilities as per DIAGEO Leadership standard.Degree qualified, preferable in food science, microbiology.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, decision making abilities.Strong organization ability with good attention to detail.Ability to follow through to deliver high quality result to internal and external customers.Able to lead and work effectively in cross function teams.Good communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance.

　　Preferable;
