Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

Responsibilities:
Assist with PPAP documentation and requirements.Audit manufacturing process to ensure compliance to work instructions, specifications, and traceability requirements.Investigate Non-conforming material with manufacturing team members and recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.Support to manufacturing departmental Quality Control Inspectors, as necessary, to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.Support the control of non-conforming material processSupport the maintenance of Engineering documentation files and logsSupport Part number integration processSupport product & process failure root cause analysisWork with cross-functional teams to improve processes and to drive product quality
Skills, Experience and Education:
Blueprint Reading along with GD&T understanding.Quality inspection, auditing, and measurement experienceManufacturing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills and quick to learn Quality Requirements of AS9100 and customer requirements.SAP knowledge and experienceProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to travel (~10%)

Compensation:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $51,600 - $77,400 year (subject to change dependent on physical location)Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
